- 1 has a small double bed (width: 145 x 195 cm)
- 1 bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds (80 x 190 cm); this one is the most suitable for children

Bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.

Garden with set of garden furniture, table-tennis table and football goalposts.

Private parking space.

Patria is a bungalow with all rooms on the ground floor in a 400-square-metre plot.

• Kitchen with oven, fridge with small freezer section, Nespresso coffeemaker and milk frother
• The garden is enclosed by rows of trees and the south-facing patio
• You can charge electric bikes in the storage shed (can be locked)
• On the edge of Landerumerheide and the woods
• The cottage has a table-tennis table, football goal posts, board games, jigsaw puzzles and books
• The bathroom is renovated and a dishwasher will be fitted in the kitchen in the winter of 2023/2024
