Pollux ringed by a spacious garden is located in a splendid walking and cycling area, near the Wadden Sea, the Grie, the duck decoys and the European nature reserve the Boschplaat.

The vast North Sea beach with beach pavilion is a-10 minute bike ride away (2km). The Wadden Sea is a walk through the polder of 300 meters.

Downstairs
- Entrance in Skûntsje (spacious play and living hall) of 31 m2 with a separate toilet.
- Living room (36 m2) with a kitchen island, wood stove and TV, with an adjacent spacious, airy conservatory that can be fully opened.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin.
- 2 bedrooms (11 m2), each with two switchable single beds and washing basin.

- Storage room with washing machine and drier in the hallway.

Upstairs
- 2 bedrooms (14 m2), each with 2 single beds, one of which has a washbasin and an additional sofa bed.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin.
- Lounge area (23 m2), with TV looks out on the entrance hallway.
- The mezzanine (5 m2) in the apex above the lounge area with views of the Wadden Sea can also be used as an extra sleeping area.

Pollux is a lovely spacious house sitting at the foot of the dunes. It is part of a listed building and has been magnificently restored and partially rebuilt.

The Kaapsduin (dune) located nearby offers splendid views of Oosterend, the Wadden Sea and the diverse dune area and the North Sea.

Various restaurants are located in the vicinity.

Bike rental and bus stop just around the corner (direct bus connection with the boat throughout the year).
