Antsje fan Jan ligt aan het fietspad tussen Hoorn en Oosterend. Het huis heeft een rijk uitgeruste keuken, met zespits fornuis en grote oven. Eén badkamer heeft een toilet, wastafel en douche, de andere heeft naast deze voorzieningen ook een ligbad. In de vier slaapkamers staan drie x twee éénpersoons (boxspring) bedden, één tweepersoons (boxspring) bed en een houten babybed (60x120cm). Het huis wordt niet verhuurd aan jongeren. AfJ is rookvrij. Gratis hout voor houtkachel indien aanwezig.
