The entrance, the kitchen/dining room and toilet is located on the middle level, the ground floor.

The living room with a cozy gas fire is located on the first floor.

The lower level has:

Bathroom with bath, shower and double wash basin.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house. All stairways are fitted with stair gates.

De Hoek lies on the outskirts of Hoorn just a stone`s throw from the nature reserve De Koegelwieck and the woods of Hoorn.
