The house is approximately 2000 meters from the beach.

Huis aan het Wad will be completely climate neutral by spring 2025. Equipped with a heat pump, solar panels and cooked on induction.

Huis aan het Wad is a fantastic family home, on a magnificent spot with breathtaking views of the mudflats. The home has been tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons.

• Central heating and underfloor heating, but also a cozy wood burner
• sheltered terrace with wood stove/pizza oven
• garden opens onto the mudflats, 10-minute bike ride to West and the beach
• woods across from the house have restored bunkers, and are ideal for walks
• groups, students and youths are not in the target group and are not allowed to rent/in the accommodation
• not suitable for families with younger kids, the stairways are not fitted with stair gates
• smoking in the house is strictly prohibited

1 pet is allowed in Huis aan het Wad, pet on a leash at all times when on resort grounds.
