Lepton is located in the dunes near West aan Zee.

The house has a private plot of 1100m2 with a terrace facing south-west and bench facing east.

The distance to the beach is about 350 metres.

Lepton is partly attached to another house, maintaining a lot of privacy.

2 bedrooms, of which
- 1 with 1 double bed (2x90x205 Auping Maestro mattresses) and 2 single duvets
- 1 with an adult bunk bed with wide stairs to the top bed and a 3rd pull-out bed for a child (all 3 mattresses 90x200). Smart TV (own Netflix account required)

Bathroom with walk-in rain shower, 2 sinks and underfloor heating.
Separate toilet.
Laundry room.

Lepton was built completely new in 2025 and has all the luxuries and conveniences. Within walking distance of the sea. Lots of privacy due to its sheltered location in the dunes of West aan Zee.
