WIFI aanwezig evenals Smart TV (Netflix) Zeer groot electisch zonnescherm voor overdekt terras wat afsluitbaar is. Er zijn 3 koffiezet apparaten (Nespresso, Senseo en filter), ook diepvries aanwezig. Er wordt binnen niet gerookt.
