Out and Home is tucked away in the woodland, bordering the dunes of the Landerumerheide in Midsland North.

Fully renovated in 2025, the house stands on 450 m2 of private land and is completely surrounded by vegetation. There is a lawn in front of the house with private parking.

Both the beach and the centre of Midsland are about 950 metres away, about 5 minutes by bike.
