In het hele huis is WiFi te gebruiken. Er zijn 6 1-persoons (boxspring)bedden (0.90 m bij 2.00 m), welke ook als tweepersoonsbed opgemaakt kunnen worden. Er zijn 6 1-persoonsdekbedden, en 1 2-persoonsdekbed aanwezig. De open slaapzolder met 2 extra 1-persoonsbedden is toegankelijk en mag gebruikt worden, dit is vanwege de hoogte echter geen volwaardige verblijfsruimte. U kunt een auto bij het huisje parkeren. Nespresso-apparaat in keuken. Badkamer en toilet in maart 2025 geheel vernieuwd.
