Underfloor heating, upstairs extra toilet, located on the edge of nature reserve the Koegelwiek. 10 minutes` cycling to music café the Groene Weide. The duvets are single. Coffee machine : filter, oven is in combi microwave. There is no rent to young people unaccompanied by parent or guardian.
