It Winkelhús is modern en compleet ingericht met 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 op de begane grond met tweepersoonsbed. Tevens bevinden zich op de begane grond een moderne badkamer met inloopdouche en een apart toilet. Op de verdieping is een kleinere slaapkamer met éénpersoonsbed en een ruime slaapkamer met twee éénpersoonsbedden (ook als tweepersoonsbed te gebruiken) waar plaats is voor een kinderledikant.
