A very large garden behind the apartment building is for general
use and has beautiful views over the polder and dunes. Here you will find picnic benches with opportunity for a bbq, swings and a
trampoline.
Goudberg has a laundry room, private bicycle storage with charging facilities and private parking.
A hybrid heat pump, solar-powered electric boiler and 48 solar panels provide us with renewable energy and a comfortable indoor climate.
